Bryza consumer promotion in Kaufland
Option One organized and executed a multi dimensional Sales Promotions project for Bryza, one of detergents from Reckitt-Benckiser portfolio. We have been responsible for creation and production of the POS materials, building product displays in all 98 Kaufland stores, collection of the coupons and fulfillment of prizes. And on November 2nd the winner was awarded with a nice red Peugeot 308!

Merchandising project for L'Oreal.
Option One has been appointed by L'Oreal as its merchandising agency, working on Garnier and L'Oreal brands. The execution of the project, started October 2007, takes place in a number of largest hypermarkets where the team of highly trained merchandisers is responsible to have the job done. The main objectives of the agency are to implement client’s merchandising standards and to ensure 100% availability of products listed by retailers.

Option One is working to increase the distribution of key brands of Bayer Healthcare
Bayer, jointly with Option One - Sales & Marketing Services agency is executing the project, whose objective is to build the numerical distribution of Aspirin, Rennie and Alka Seltzer brands. Within the scope of the project the team of contracted sales representatives of Option One is involved in the introduction of the products to the points of sale, where they have not been sold to date as well as in the implementation of the merchandising standards. The project primarily encompasses the independent retail sector, where the results are monitored on an on-going basis by comparing them with AC Nielsen retail audit.
Within the scope of cooperation with Bayer, Option One is handling the strategy of the distribution development, organisation of the sales team work and running the reporting database system.
